The 10 Commandments
These commandments are more than rules for representing Triumphant. They are principles to carry into training, competition, work, social media and everyday life.
One standard.
How you train, compete, communicate and respond when things go wrong determines what the Triumphant name stands for. Carry it properly.
Own the Name
How you speak, behave, compete and show up shapes how people see you — and the brand you represent.
As a Triumphant ambassador, people may associate your behaviour with Triumphant even when you are not wearing the product or creating sponsored content. Carry yourself with respect, discipline and professionalism.
- Treat teammates, opponents, coaches and officials with respect.
- Think before posting or commenting online.
- Be professional when attending tournaments, events or training sessions.
- If someone asks about Triumphant, represent the brand positively and honestly.
After a difficult loss, avoid attacking an opponent or official online. Share what you learned, acknowledge the result and focus on what comes next.
Make It Work
Things will not always go to plan.
Training gets cancelled. Content shoots fall through. Matches move. Equipment fails. Opportunities disappear.
Do not spend your energy explaining why something cannot happen.
- If you cannot create planned match-day content, create a training update instead.
- If you cannot attend an event, communicate early and help find an alternative.
- If something is not working in your training, adapt instead of simply giving up.
- Ask for help when you need it.
You planned to film outdoor training content but it starts raining. Instead of cancelling everything, film an indoor recovery session or talk about how you prepare mentally before competition.
Show Up Consistently
Big results usually come from small actions repeated for a long time.
The same applies to sport, personal development and building a strong brand.
Do not disappear for months and then expect one post, one training session or one performance to create momentum.
- Train consistently.
- Share parts of your journey regularly.
- Stay involved with the Triumphant community.
- Follow through on commitments.
- Continue showing up even when engagement, motivation or results are low.
Instead of creating ten posts during one tournament and then disappearing, share something meaningful throughout the year — training, recovery, preparation, setbacks and progress.
Keep It Real
People connect with authenticity.
Do not pretend to love something you do not use. Do not exaggerate achievements. Do not create a false version of yourself simply because you think social media expects it.
Your real personality and experiences are what make your story valuable.
- Wear and use Triumphant products genuinely.
- Speak about products based on your actual experience.
- Be honest when sharing your journey.
- Never make claims you cannot support.
Instead of saying, “These socks will make you run faster,” explain what you genuinely noticed: “They stayed comfortable during a two-hour training session and I liked the grip inside my boots.”
Share the Journey
Do not only show the trophy.
Show what happened before it.
The training sessions. The early mornings. The disappointment. The injury. The comeback. The small improvements nobody else noticed.
Your journey may help another athlete going through the same thing.
- Share training progress.
- Talk about setbacks and lessons.
- Celebrate milestones.
- Show preparation before competitions.
- Explain what you learned after difficult moments.
Instead of posting only when you win a tournament, talk about the three months of training that led to it — including the days when training went badly.
Lift Others Up
Being successful does not mean you have to make someone else feel smaller.
Triumphant should become a community where athletes support athletes.
Encourage people. Share knowledge. Celebrate other people's achievements.
- Congratulate fellow ambassadors.
- Respond to genuine questions from younger athletes.
- Encourage teammates after difficult performances.
- Share another athlete's achievement when it deserves recognition.
- Help people when you have useful knowledge or experience.
A younger player messages you asking how you prepared for your first major tournament. You do not need to write an essay, but taking two minutes to share one useful piece of advice could genuinely help them.
Speak Up to Make It Better
We do not want ambassadors who simply agree with everything.
We want athletes who help us improve.
If something works, tell us why.
If something does not work, tell us that too.
Your experience can influence future Triumphant products.
- Give honest feedback about fit, comfort, grip and durability.
- Tell us when something could be improved.
- Share what athletes around you are asking for.
- Suggest products or features you believe are missing.
If a sock feels excellent during training but becomes uncomfortable after two hours, tell us exactly when and where the problem appears. That information is far more valuable than simply saying, “The product is good.”
Spot the Opportunity
Opportunities are everywhere, but only if you are paying attention.
As someone inside the sporting community, you will often see things before the Triumphant team does.
A talented athlete. A growing tournament. A new club. A coach. A retailer. A content idea. A partnership.
- Tell us about promising athletes.
- Flag relevant competitions or events.
- Introduce us to clubs or coaches when appropriate.
- Share content ideas based on what athletes are talking about.
- Notice sporting communities where Triumphant could genuinely add value.
You notice a local football tournament attracting hundreds of young players and significant social-media engagement. Send the Triumphant team the details rather than assuming we already know about it.
Protect Your Standard
Your reputation takes years to build and seconds to damage.
The same is true for Triumphant.
Do not sacrifice quality, integrity or professionalism simply to get more views, likes or attention.
- Avoid offensive or disrespectful content.
- Do not publish poor-quality sponsored content simply to complete an obligation.
- Do not promote misleading information.
- Respect confidential information.
- Behave professionally even when nobody from Triumphant is present.
If you receive a product and the photo you took is blurry, badly lit and does not represent either you or the brand properly, do not post it simply because you need to post something. Take another one.
Keep Trying
You will not win every match.
Every post will not perform well.
Every opportunity will not work out.
Every training session will not be your best.
That is part of the journey.
What matters is what you do next.
- Review your mistakes instead of hiding from them.
- Ask what could be improved.
- Try a different approach when something fails.
- Keep working when progress feels slow.
- Apply the same mentality to sport, career and life.
You miss selection for a team you worked months to join. You can allow that moment to define you, or you can ask: “What do I need to improve before the next opportunity?” Then get back to work.
Ten principles.
One standard.
One more try. One more step. One more day.
