Return Process

2. Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
3. Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.

Exchanges
